Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026 (fonts now hosted on zened.in)
This policy explains what information ZenEd (“we”, “us”) collects through zened.in, why, and what you can do about it. ZenEd is run by Hritik Raj. We have tried to keep it short and in plain language.
1. What we collect
- Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you type in: your name, class, the course you're interested in, a phone number or email address, and your message.
- Basic technical data. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not ask for payment details here.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and suggest the right course.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't send marketing messages unless you've asked us to.
3. Services that help run this site
Some features rely on trusted third-party services, which handle data under their own privacy policies:
- Netlify — hosts the website.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — delivers enquiry form messages to our email inbox.
- YouTube — plays our free class videos. Videos load in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, but once you press play YouTube may set its own cookies.
- Classplus — runs our course store (tkshmf.courses.store) and the ZenEd mobile apps. When you enrol, log in or pay there, Classplus's own privacy policy applies.
Links to Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Play and the App Store take you to those services, which have their own policies.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set its own cookies. Third-party content such as embedded YouTube videos may set cookies when you interact with it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and follow up on your enquiry, and delete them when they're no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
6. Students under 18
Many of our students are under 18. If you're under 18, please involve a parent or guardian before sending us your contact details. Parents can contact us at any time to review or delete their child's information.
7. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you've shared with us, or withdraw your consent. To do so, email us and we'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS and we limit access to enquiry messages. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
